Kelly Corrigan, author of Lift is in town, appearing at one of my all-time favorite indie bookstores, Blue Willow Bookshop on Memorial Drive in Houston. I'm fighting a killer post-vacation cold, but I recently read and loved Kelly's memoir The Middle Place, so I'm going to give it my best effort to be there.
